At The Junction Underground, your health and safety are our top priorities.

The Junction Underground follows all Ontario public health measures and advice and is regularly inspected by Toronto’s DineSafe program (see report) to ensure a clean and safe space.

We ask for your help in keeping our community safe. If you or someone close to you is feeling unwell—experiencing symptoms like fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, facial pressure, or persistent fatigue—please stay home and rest. You can use Ontario’s self-assessment tool for guidance, and we’ll be here to welcome you back when you’re feeling better.

We recommend reviewing Ontario’s Protect Against COVID-19 and Respiratory Illnesses, especially during periods of high transmission, which can happen year-round. Critical advice includes staying up-to-date with vaccines, staying home if sick, wearing a well-fitted mask in crowded indoor spaces, improving indoor air quality and flow, and frequently washing hands. While our venue has ceiling vents to help reduce airborne particles, this alone may not entirely prevent transmission. Feel free to wear a mask for added protection and consider arriving early or later, as we’re typically busiest from 9:30 to 11:30 PM.

COVID-19’s long-term effects can impact overall health, with symptoms such as chronic fatigue, respiratory issues, heart and lung damage, cognitive impairments, memory problems, anxiety, and depression.

Our Guidelines reflect our commitment to creating a safe environment for everyone, and we appreciate your trust in us.
